Zunrylexeodhulax provides professional landscape design and consultation services. Due to the custom nature of our services, returns and refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis as outlined in this policy.
Please read this Return Policy carefully before engaging our services. By using our services, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
Design Services
Our landscape design services are custom-created for each client based on their specific requirements, site conditions, and preferences. As such:
- Design fees are non-refundable once design work has commenced
- Revisions are included in our design process as outlined in your service agreement
- If you are unsatisfied with initial concepts, we will work with you to refine the design within the scope of your agreement
- Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur additional fees
We strive to ensure client satisfaction and will work diligently to address any concerns you may have about the design process or deliverables.
Consultation Services
Consultation services are provided on an hourly or project basis:
- Consultation fees are due at the time of service
- If you need to reschedule a consultation, please provide at least 48 hours notice
- Rescheduled consultations within the notice period will not incur additional fees
- Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee
Physical Products
If we provide any physical products as part of our services:
- Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in original packaging
- Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery
- You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect
- Refunds will be processed within 10-14 business days of receiving the returned product
Custom or personalized products cannot be returned unless they are defective or do not meet the specifications agreed upon.
Installation Services
For installation and implementation services:
- Workmanship warranties are provided as outlined in your service agreement
- If issues arise with installation, we will address them under our warranty terms
- Material defects are covered by manufacturer warranties
- Changes to the agreed-upon design during installation may result in additional charges
Refund Process
If you are eligible for a refund:
- Contact us at info@zunrylexeodhulax.world to initiate the refund process
- Provide your order or service reference number
- Explain the reason for the refund request
- We will review your request and respond within 5-7 business days
Approved refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 10-14 business days.
Dispute Resolution
If you have concerns about our services or wish to dispute charges:
- Contact us directly to discuss your concerns
- We are committed to resolving issues fairly and promptly
- Most disputes can be resolved through direct communication
- If we cannot resolve a dispute, we may engage a neutral third-party mediator
Exceptions
The following circumstances may affect return eligibility:
- Services that have been substantially completed
- Custom work that cannot be resold or reused
- Services provided more than 30 days ago
- Issues arising from client-provided information or site conditions not disclosed
Warranty Information
Our workmanship is warranted for a period specified in your service agreement, typically one year from completion. This warranty covers:
- Defects in workmanship
- Installation issues
- Compliance with agreed specifications
Warranty does not cover damage from:
- Natural disasters or extreme weather
- Improper maintenance or care
- Modifications made by others
- Normal wear and tear
